Tuareg rebels from the Front de lib\u00e9ration de l’Azawad (FLA) claim to be holding more than 200 Malian soldiers as “prisoners of war” in Kidal. The city was captured from the Malian army and its Russian allies during a joint offensive with Al-Qaeda-linked jihadists on April 25.<\/p>
