Local authorities in Ayod County, Jonglei State, warn that the White Army and SPLA-IO forces loyal to detained Vice President Riek Machar are preparing to attack Upper Nile. The groups, led by Nuer spiritual leader Makuach Tut Khor, are reportedly stationed in Mogog Village and parts of Pigi County.
